UAE Domestic Shipping

We cover all the 7 Emirates, including Al Ain (within city limits) with different options for deliveries, from same day to next day options.

There are flat rates applicable until a certain weight is reached. Additional charges of AED 2 will be added to your checkout cart when exceeding 5kgs.

For remote area deliveries, AED 15 charge applies on top of Next Day fee and are limited to Sundays and Thursdays.

International Shipping

Returns

Domestic Return Costs

Returning Orders and reverse orders are charged at the full delivery fee.

For return requests, please reach us on our Instagram Messenger and we will be happy to arrange the logistics.

30 Days to Return

From the day of receiving your purchase, you are eligible to 30 days to return it.

Returns & Exchanges

The condition of the garment needs to be intact; this means:

-       no staining, no usage, no tag removal, no odours, no discoloration.

Upon receipt, the returned garment will be thoroughly inspected, and you will be notified about the status of your refund and or exchanges.
